Your IQ team is already hard at work configuring your system and preparing IQ users on your team. As we prepare for your Project Kick off meeting, we encourage you to take a few simple steps now to ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running on launch day.
Identify IQ users by name and with a current email address
Consider current documents that you use most and procesess like steps, assignments, approval requirements, etc.
Begin gathering up-to-date functional documents and tools for your IQ Consultant to analyze, for example: formatted outgoing letters with examples, electronic headers, web form fields, etc.

Your Leidos account manager will schedule a “warm handoff” soon to introduce you to the individuals who will be supporting you through your IQ journey ensuring that you’re familiar and comfortable with every point-of-contact throughout the process..
IT Consultant
Your IT Consultant (ITC) is your dedicated support specialist who will become fluent in your organization’s needs and specific use cases. Contact your ITC any time you need hands-on help using IQ or to configure a new process or improve an old one.
Project Manager
Your Project Manager (PM) is your primary point of contact and is responisble for managing the deployment schedule and successful roll-out of your new IQ system. When in doubt, reach out to your PM for questions or help on all things IQ!
System Engineer
Your system engineer is responsible for working with your internal technical team to ensure compatibility and peak performance that aligns IQ system requirements with your unique network configurations.
Getting Started with IQ
A few important steps can be taken now as your IQ environment is configured and readied for use.
IQ Training: IQ is intuitive and easy to use but we encourage all core users to sign up for trainings and get familiar with the platform with the help of a Leidos IQ expert. Arrange training sessions for your team through your Project Manager.
On-Demand Support Material: Review and bookmark our on-demand library of IQ support videos as well as our collection of printable Quick Reference Guides (QRGs). Our Customer Success team refreshes and updates this content regularly as IQ evolves and improves so that your support material is always up-to-date.
Define Your Codes: Much of your IQ database revolves around a set of codes that help you define and segment individuals in your system. We encourage you to start thinking now about how you may want to segment your database. Need help getting started? Have an intial list of codes? Reach out to your Project Manager to share your list.

Technical Requirements
Detailed technical requirements and specifications are availbale upon request from your Project Manager. But as a general guideline, it is necessary for your technical team to be aware, assembled, and engaged throughout the IQ deployment process, and beyond.
